Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of TraderTracked (tradertracked.uk), operated by Niall Aldred, trading as TraderTracked. By creating an account, you agree to them.

1. What TraderTracked is

TraderTracked is a trading journal tool. It lets you log trades, track your own trading rules, and review your performance over time.

2. Your account

• You must be 18 or older to use TraderTracked.
• You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You're responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter or upload.

3. Subscriptions and billing

• Paid plans are billed via Stripe on a recurring basis (monthly/annual, as selected at signup).
• You can cancel any time; your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• All payments are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
• We may change the subscription price. If a change affects your existing subscription, we'll email you at least 30 days before the new price applies to you. The new price takes effect from your next billing date after that notice period, and you can cancel before then if you don't want to continue.

4. The AI screenshot feature

The screenshot-reading feature uses AI to extract trade details from images you upload. It can make mistakes. You're responsible for checking extracted data is accurate before relying on it — treat it as a time-saving starting point, not a guaranteed-accurate record.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use TraderTracked to:

• Upload unlawful, abusive, or infringing content
• Attempt to breach, probe, or disrupt the security of the service
• Resell or redistribute access to the service without our agreement
• Use the service in a way that breaches any applicable law

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this.

6. Your data

Your journal entries and trade data belong to you. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle it. You can export or delete your data at any time by contacting us.

7. Availability

We aim to keep TraderTracked available and reliable, but as with any software service, we don't guarantee uninterrupted uptime. We'll do our best to notify you of planned downtime where practical.

8. Limitation of liability

TraderTracked is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we're not liable for trading losses, missed trades, or financial decisions made using data from the app. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

9. Changes to the service or these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. We'll update the date above, and for material changes, we'll let active users know directly.

10. Termination

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, with notice where reasonably possible.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
